The other side of toddlers

Naomi actually does have too many crying spells, thank goodness! But I did catch one of her not so shining moments on camera! It is pretty funny!

Beautiful Gabrielle

Our precious Gabrielle is more beautiful every day. She does not even have to smile to take beautiful pictures. She is a much lazier, quiet child than Naomi ever was, although she is learning quickly how to be more vocal. We are learning with her to just really enjoy and embrace each day. I think the first time I wanted to rush everything because it was all so new. I now know that it the precious baby days are gone so soon and we are enjoying having one kid that still needs us to carry her everywhere.

Hi mimi(s) and papoo/pop pop (s)

It is amazing to me how fast kids learn. I feel like Naomi learns 20 new things a day. Here she is practicing her favorite animal sounds among other things...

Our silly girls

I never imagined how fun it would be to be a parent. Matt and I really are so amazed sometimes on how filled our lives are now with just plain silliness. Check out the new video below of our Gabby full of giggles once again.

Dancing Diva

Naomi is almost 2 years old and is becoming more and more like a little girl every day. She loves her dress up clothes and her baby doll Sophie. She is so much fun. Here are a few pictures of her in her dress up clothes and a video of her doing a little dance.

And just for fun....
A picture of Gabby thinking, "mommy what happened to my shirt?"

Our Family Christmas!

We had a great Christmas! It was the first time we have been home for Christmas in three years and we enjoyed every minute. We of course got way to many gifts but most of them were for the girls. I guess that is what happens when you have kids! I am just kidding we got more than plenty ourselves. Naomi and Gabrielle had a wonderful time hanging out with their mimi's and papoo and pop pop. The also got to see some snow.
We had a lot of fun and really miss our family but we are glad to be back at our house and glad to welcome back our 70 degree weather. I love the south in the winter.
We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

BABY IT"S COLD OUTSIDE!

Gabrielle and Naomi are having a great time in Kentucky. They are adjusting well to the 40 degree change from home. I love Christmas every yearand anywhere but it truly is the best in good ole Kentucky.

More Carrots Please

Our sweet little Gabby is growing up. She is starting to like so many new foods. We just started giving her carrots a few days ago. She has such a sensitive little belly we have to introduce new foods very slowly. She loves her carrots. If I get up during her eating time before the jar is empty she gets so upset. It is so funny. Here are a few pictures of her enjoying her newest favorite food.
