Gabby is Walking!

Here is a video of Gabby taking up to like 5 steps at a time. She is not walking all the time yet but she definitely will be there soon. Our house is going to be crazy! I have a couple other videos that I need to put up soon.

Beach Fun!

We took our very first trip as a family to the beach this week. My friend Alison and her husband were staying at the beach close to us, so we decided to go visit. Naomi had actually only been a few times and Gabby had never been . It was so much fun. Gabs was a true beach bum! Naomi liked it a lot too , but she was just a little more cautious.


We could hardly keep up with Gabby. She even ate some sand ! Oops!
Naomi loved burying daddy in the sand. She was not so sure about the ocean!

With a new paint job (thanks to Matt's parents) and our leak finally fixed I splurged and got some patio furniture. (Actually it was my birthday present from 2006.)

Alphabet Soup Letter A

I stole this idea from my friend Lori! (I don't think she will care.) It is pretty cute and gives you a little peak into our lives beyond pictures!

Things that we like that begin with the letter A:
Animal Crackers-what would I do without these on my trip to the grocery? They are a definite life saver (or Naomi saver should I say.)
America-We love every part of God's creation but are very grateful for our freedom.
Allie(me)-Matt would be mad if I did not say myself!
ABC's-I love hearing Naomi say her alphabet(even if after Q she starts saying random letters.)
Alison J.-A very good friend from college
Armageddon-(the movie) Yes I know it is cheesy, but between Jenn and I, probably seen it 50 times!
Animals-As much as we complain about our 80 lb pups, we couldn't live without them!
Airplanes-Sometimes I am a little scared to fly, but it seriously so much faster!

A busted lip.... I am sure our first of many but Naomi has her first busted lip. She actually bit her lip all the way through to the other side! So sad :(
